A Guide to Properly Barbecuing Your Meat Fest

With the Labor Day Long Weekend creeping up, don't get caught ill-prepared or dumbfounded with what to do on an extra day of rest. Take advantage of the last summer rays and fire up the grill!

I've timely come across the perfect guide to preparing and barbecuing a meat fest (beef roast, beer can chicken, and barbecued spare ribs) on a post by Frank & Oak. You can check out the article here.

These meat lover friendly recipes (sorry all the vegetarians out there) are also just in time for the NFL Sunday football gatherings (omg so excited for the upcoming season) coming up very soon! A perfect compliment to cold brews and large parties of friends, grilling meats (and veggies, of course!) is the best way to be able to serve large parties but also not have to sacrifice missing a big crucial play cause you were too busy slaving away in the kitchen.

Remember to prepare appropriately by buying the right cut of meat, spicing with minimal quality ingredients and selecting the right piece as well as treatment of wood will all go a long ways to executing a superb barbecue dish.

Take notes fellow barbecuers and man that grill!

Have a happy long weekend, everyone!
