Inspiration of the Day: Life is What You Make It

"When good people come to together for a noble cause, greats things happen."

Some may see this guy as bafflingly stupid for not realizing the business opportunity he has laid out in front of him, but at the end of the day, all will have to agree that this man did an admirable deed for walking away from profiting from the needy.

With a utility patent on the Tree T-PEE, which is the only product of its kind to conserve water usage to individual crops by 97% at a completely untapped market (outside of the farmers he knows in Florida...  think about how many farmers there are world wide!) along with a 20-year durability guarantee and at a super low cost of production ($2.95), this man still has the heart and conviction to price his product at $4.50 - just to make $1.50 off each one - simply because he wants to do good for farmers and to make it affordable for them to use.

Not only is there hope for the immeasurable effects of record-low rainfalls and water shortages in the past couple years on local farmers and ultimately, on the agriculture industry of many countries; but most importantly, this example goes to show that there is indeed still hope for mankind.

"My dad made me who I am. We work hard everyday - I worked for that man for twenty years. I thank God I got to work for that man; he's an innovator, he taught me everything I know. He was hard on us that nobody owes you nothin'; life is what you make it - he taught me that. He was a great man. He came from nothing."

Because he wants to do good for farmers and to make it affordable for them to use, this man still has the heart and conviction to price his low cost-high demand product towards a very well-marketable population for just a $1 profit off each one.
