Using tattooing as a way to give back to their community, the tattoo artists in Atlanta have etched out a way to form a niche community who takes pride in not only their craft, but more importantly, who they represent and what values they stand by.
For one it may be to showcase the pride he has for the southern Appalachian heritage and influences growing up as child in Atlanta; for another it may be to release his creative inspirations garnered from the energy felt by the people in the city of Atlanta; and for another it may be his underlying loyalty and love for Atlanta that made setting up shop in his hometown as a necessary stamp to his homecoming return even though he could've in theory opened up a shop anywhere else in the world after traveling far and wide.
The bottom line is: they are all aiming to show the rest of the world that they should not be underestimated and that there is indeed more to offer in Atlanta than seen from the outside.
They are NOT just any other city down South.
